It was NOTHING!

Oh my gosh! Talk about snowflakes! All the Conservatives are all upset about the walk out at Notre Dame. Those of us who grew up in the 60s and 70s know that if it doesn't involve tear gas, it's barely a protest. Oh. My. Gosh! No one was hurt. No one was beaten. No one destroyed anything.
Heck, everyone behaved lawfully and respectfully.
Geez Louise, people!

Hi!!!!!!

Well, my page is prettier than I remembered it so - that's good.
However,
I haven't used it since 2012, and that's bad.

I'm going to be looking for all of you that are here, so if you know of one of our group who has an account here, I'd LOVE it if you'd let me know their name so I can follow them.

I actually have several little writings almost ready to go. Once Holy Week is over, life will calm back down and I can get them up.

The situation at LJ is beyond sad. It was always the place where I felt safest, the place where I could pour out my heart. It has stopped being that for me and that is SUCH a loss!

I hope most of us will come here so we can be together again. You have all been with me through all my moves, all the changes my life has gone through in the last 16 years. (Oh, my gosh! Has it been that long?) I consider you all among my best friends, and the wisest people I know.

Still Down and My Flist

Well, lj's still down. Occasionally I can get in but replying to anything is virtually impossible. I like Dreamwidth but have no idea how to find my flist members here.

What A Ride

LJ's been up and down like a five year old in a bouncy house for the last two days. Has anyone heard anything from TPTB? Is it being worked on? Has any one in admin NOTICED?

Frustrated at Posting

I must have tried 20 times today to post the last part of Until Spring. I just can't. I can see some LJs, but not others. I can't post on ANY of them, especially my own. I assume a number of you are having the same problem.

I just wanted you to know that I AM trying. *sigh

On another note, I played Angry Birds for the first time today. Cute little game! I can see why people get so addicted! LOL

Import Input

I just wondered if anyone has tried the "Import" function yet? I had mine ready to go but have hesitated. Before I push that button, I'd like to know whether this is a "Copy to" import, where the origin remains intact, or if it's a "Move to" action in which the files on the original server are erased?

IE, if I import my LJ account, witll my lj remain as it is or will it be deleted in the move?

Just curious....
